Things to see and do in Sedona Arizona
Year around Sedona Arizona weather & climate is very pleasant. Even the occasional snow storm during the winter months melts off in less than a day so be sure to get out early for some of the most amazing photographs. The average temp in January is 55 and the hottest month July is 95.

Sedona has an excellent selection of Hotels and spa resorts across a spectrum of price ranges. Many visitors arrive on Thursday leaving by Sunday so if your schedule permits Monday – Wednesday can be enjoyed with a nice discount. Don’t be afraid to call a resort and ask for a price concession if none is advertised.
Cottonwood / Jerome
Don’t overlook Cottonwood and Jerome as these small towns are located just minutes from Sedona and nestled on the flanks of Mingus mountain. Here you will experience an entirely different rugged mountain beauty. These quaint cities have a both a western and copper mining heritage that you will no doubt find fascinating.
